One Company Fund

One Company Fund is Benchmark’s grant program to help associates in times of need when they cannot purchase the basic necessities of life or meet the contingencies created by an emergency situation. Associates contribute through fundraising, and outside donors are also invited to support the fund.

One Company Fund has received national recognition as an innovative program that fosters teamwork, compassion and caring for fellow associates. We support One Company Fund as one way to thank our loyal associates who have helped Benchmark achieve its successes throughout the years.
